I bought this from the Old Town School of Music in Chicago about 2 years ago; here's the original ad (which includes all the specifications): oldtownschool.store/products/a...d-gig-bag
This is a well-crafted, beautiful instrument with quality local-to-the-builder woods and components, and the hookless rim is super comfortable since there's no metal digging into your thigh (especially important wearing shorts!).
I do want to note a couple design choices which were a bit annoying to me in case they'd bother you too: the scoop isn't quite as deep as I've like, and the 5th string is taller than the others due to the pip height.
Current condition: I put fresh PBCO strings on and took pictures of the two blemishes I noticed -- satin finish wearing off a bit around the first 5 frets, and a dent on the bottom of the rim. I also don't know where I put the sheet of paper Adam included inside the case with all the specifications, which you can view in the link above, but since I took a picture and scanned it I'm happy to print out a copy in whatever font / font size you like.
