Rare 1967 Epiphone EB-88 five-string banjo made by Gibson in the Kalamazoo factory. This model is essentially a Gibson RB-100 with a Mastertone 20-hole flathead tone ring. Only 400-some were made in the Kalamazoo factory during the 1960s and rarely come up for sale.
Killer tone. Upgraded 5th peg (original in case) and spikes added. Short hairline crack near nut was professionally repaired, is solid and invisible. Repairs and setup just completed by Chris Warner.
Comes with original Lifton hardshell case.
