(Serial No. 116-5) This is it! This is the Holy Grail of bluegrass banjos! This is an original 1932 Gibson RB3 5 string banjo. Excellent condition. All hardware is original, including the neck, the original flathead tone ring, the one piece flange, tuners, armrest, tailpiece, and resonator. The neck heel was repaired and a new exact copy fretboard was made by Gary Price and fitted to correct intonation. Just set up by Nathan Beaumont. Videos of this banjo played by Nathan Beaumont of the Remedy Tree Band and Sammy Shelor at the 2016 Banjothon are posted at the "More Info URL." It comes in a new Price case, which is a world-class fiberglass case designed and manufactured by Gary.
