The BlackJack J.D. Crowe banjos began production in 2004. This 2007 remains in fantastic condition with all the classic appointments associated with this model. The mahogany neck has a slight “v” profile that is very comfortable along with the Blackjack inlay pattern. The mahogany resonator features concentric rings in the 75 style along with the copper flashed hardware. The Blackjack engraving pattern is altogether unique to these banjos with an engraved tailpiece, armrest, tone ring, and tension hoop.
