From the 60s folk revival, the RB-175 is lightweight for a banjo and tuned to an open E. The RB-175 combines a stained maple pot, a mahogany neck, and a Wonder-style rolled brass tone ring under the head.

Some noticeable chips/dents on the back of the neck (pictures included) but don’t impact playability. There are also some small chips/wear at the top of the headstock.

The banjo has been set up with a renaissance head, a non-original no-knot style tailpiece, Gary Sosebee bridge, and Shubb long 5th string capo.

This instrument is in very good condition, especially when accounting for its age. Overall playing wear is average to below average, with about the typical amount of finish checking (most visible in the darker finish on the pot and headstock) and a tolerable amount of scuffs and divots on all planes of the banjo.
