For sale is an early Bonefaas 11” open back stamped No.12.
The banjo is in very good condition with all original parts, including the original handmade leather strap with unique neck attachment. All metal work is clean. The hide head also is in good condition. Includes original unusually designed handmade bridge. Action is very low with this bridge so recommend swapping it out with a higher one for playing purposes, but should definitely be kept as an original piece. Walnut neck has been carefully reconditioned with high quality danish oil in keeping with Bonefaas’ methodology and feels beautiful.
