Jimmy Cox used some exceptionally select grade woods for the banjos bearing his name. This particular Cox banjo was a collaboration between Jimmy Cox and Raymond Fairchild. It’s a very powerful and responsive banjo that will cut through the mix. Clear, bright tone that is expected from a maple banjo with an ebony fretboard.
