Designed by Chris Pariso (now head of the Ome Banjos operation), the High Moon was designed to fill a need many players have for a high-quality clawhammer banjo at an easily affordable price point. Chris sought design input from pro players (myself among them) in developing the production version of the High Moon. It's a sweetheart! This one was built for me by Chris and includes custom features: Rickard Tuners in bronze, select woods and a Sampson "Cupid's bow" compensated bridge. I've set it up for a strong, full real Old Time tone and easy playing action. It comes with a really nice tweed hard shell case. The retail price is $1,349.99.
