This is a very good condition Harmony Reso-tone banjo. I haven't strung it because I haven't decided whether it should be a four or a short neck five string. I think it would sound best with nylon strings which would be complementary to the bakelite pot as far as sound, making it not too harsh. In either case, I could provide a set of strings and bridge for $25 your choice of gauges for a tenor setup. It could be tuned as standard tenor tuning or as a Guitar tuning, dgbe. For an extra $75, I could add a fifth string, and appropriate strings and bridge.
