Here is a great sounding late 1960's Fender Artist 5 string no hole flathead banjo with a period hardshell case. These were handmade in California from mid 1960s to the middle 1970s, they are excellent quality and superb playability. Some of the best banjo players played these models including Bill Emerson and Eddie Adcock and can be seen in many photos with them. The banjo has been played and is in excellent condition, all original with the exception of the Keith-Scruggs tuners, new Huber Remo USA head, Sullivan .656 bridge, GHS JD Crowe studio strings. It retains its original no hole flathead tonering, the sliding fifth string capo works great. Asking $1,899 cash in person in the local area or best reasonable offer, would also consider a trade for a Martin D-18,D-28 or HD-28 also other Martin guitars of similar value. I will have a video available for sound sample and as always thanks for looking and feel free to ask any questions. Sold as is no returns.
