Serial number 90969. Serial numbers on pot and dowel match.
This was my grandpa's banjo, which also happened to be a birth-year banjo for him. The calfskin still bears his signature, the neck has his faded note annotations, and it still has a mute put in place by him many years ago. There are a few surface blemishes (pictured) and the instrument likely needs cleaned/oiled/restrung (I'm a guitarist so forgive me if those aren't the proper terms), but it is otherwise in great condition and ready to play again.
