This walnut Stelling Bellflower is all original except for the Remo head, the strings and the Sullivan bridge. It comes in a brand new Gold Tone sturdy arched lid hardshell case with five latches. This banjo has the typical Stelling forthright clarity & tone, smooth and easy to play action. This Bellflower has a three ply maple rim stamped serial number 2453. It has the usual Stelling features, a wedge fit pot assembly, compensated nut and the Stelling pivot adjustable tailpiece. It is in very good straight clean condition without ding or scratches. The frets & fret board are as new. A very nice feature of this 1983 Bellflower is the white bound peg head which was discontinued by Stelling on this model in later years. So all in all a very good 1983 Stelling Bellflower
