For sale is my Shelby Whitewater mahogany resonator banjo in excellent+ condition. I ordered this from Shelby American Banjo Company in Wedowee Alabama last fall and it was personally delivered by Barry Waldrep (owner of Banjo.com). This is one of the highest quality built banjos that I have ever seen with great attention paid to each part and its fitting. Something that we (my fellow banjo pickers in our area) noticed was how responsive and effortless it is to get the volume and tone that you want out of it. Very Gibson-esque in dimensions, weight, etc., it probably has only been played a dozen times or so because of problems with my hands. New price was $5595 (banjo.com/product-category/shelby/) and you will not find a nicer example of a high end banjo in this condition. A nice hard case will be included.
