This RB-100 serial number 265601 started as a typical Style 100 with the 1/4" brass hoop. As is common beginning in the 60's this banjo had the "thin" multi-ply rim and has now been changed to a Cox 3-ply. The rim was fitted by Arthur Hatfield with one of his 20-hole tone rings and new Prucha hardware installed. The original resonator is the usual single bound and in great condition.
