This was assembled by BALDWIN in 1967;after they bought up all of the ODE production/parts from Chuck Ogsbury (who later resurfaced with OME banjos. What is unusual about this banjo ring is the heavier sand cast brass ring Baldwin installed. This type of tone ring is preferred by five string players.
As a Plectrum Banjo it is outstanding. Also, this would make an amazing conversion to a bluegrass 5 string due to the tone ring. The banjo is in EXC condition. Check out the photos. Comes with a hard case.
