For Sale: RARE W.A. TODD, 1891, 5 String Banjo, San Fransisco, CA

Here is a really RARE, circa 1891 William Todd Banjo, made in San Francisco, CA. He got a patent in 1891 for the body design. Has the original tailpiece, original hardware. Nice player. Has a nice tone with the resonator. Scale length is 27-1/4" Body is 11-1/2" wide, Head is 9" in diameter. Ebony fingerboard, cherry neck. Patent Date stamped on flange is "Jan'y 27,'91" His Patent No. is 445,385
