This is a very nice 1930 Vega Soloist tenor banjo. Sounds really good. I don't know a great deal about the Vega banjos, but I believe this model was higher end. I know that the tailpiece is modern and the Gold tuners appear to be 1950's era. I do believe the rest of the banjo to be original. If I knew how to play tenor, I would be keeping this one to play, my limited playing skills would not do this banjo justice . Priced at $895.00 + shipping and insurance, includes a hard shell case.
