I purchased this Hopkins Woodie from a fellow Hangout member about 2 years ago. Great tone, excellent shape, easy to play, but I have multiple banjos and must start thinning out the collection. I would conservatively rate this as VG to Excellent condition. There's a minor nick on the back of the resonator, some light fretware. The metalware is clean. If you pay cash (in person) instead of using PayPal, price is $2231. The Woodie goes for $4195 new, so I'm satisfied that my price is competitive. Although not reflected in my profile, I've sold 3 banjos through the hangout, always to the complete satisfaction of the buyer.
Final note: you'll notice that I dropped the price $100. I don't anticipate dropping it any further. If it doesn't sell I'll just keep it as part of my ensemble.
