I can't find any logo or clues to the manufacturer. Any help is appreciated.
That being said, this old banjo is in very, very nice condition-one tiny ding in the side of the 4th fret, but that's it! I believe that all is original, perhaps even the head (It may have been originally strung with gut). Some dimensions are (in inches): 10 5/8" head diameter, 24" scale, 2 1/2" pot depth, 1 3/8" nut, zero neck angle, perfectly straight neck, 5/16" over 12th fret action, and unusual friction pegs.
The case is solid, the latch is broken and the handle is gone (on the opposite side, ala drive on the left?) but obviously made for that banjo.
Please ask any questions or contribute any information. Thanks for looking.
