1923 Weymann #2, 4 string Tenor 19 fret 22" scale length, Currently strung as Tenor CGDA. Maple with Book Matched Flame Maple resonator. Straight neck. All plating is excellent. Finish is excellent with exception of Resonator which had cracks in finish from storage in a hot California garage. Original Weymann planetary tuners in excellent working order, (re-greased a few years ago). 1/2" bridge. New head. Arm rest is Ebony, Ebony neck. Frets are excellent with little to no wear, no grooves, no finger dents, no fret buzzing. Low action with even clearance the full length. Inlays are all perfect. All original hardware except for adjuster screws that attach it to the heel. First year of production and has grooved tension hoop instead of the later notched hoop. Has unique strap loops that are welded to two of the hooks (see photos). Has a pick holder not currently attached. SN 34043 This is a great tenor banjo for stage use with plenty of volume.
