Gold Tone Orange Blossom - 250 Light Weight
A nearly new Gold Tone Banjo purchased around the first of this year. Hate to do it, but I'm selling this beauty, so I can purchase some new gear.
This banjo was owned and is signed by Banjo Ben Clark, former musician for Taylor Swift, and includes a letter verifying it's authenticity.
Weighing in at 9.9 pounds, this banjo is about 4 pounds lighter than your average tone ring banjo, and is much easier on your shoulders.
This a fantastic innovation. Banjos are heavy, too heavy really, this wood rim produces a great sound without the bulky heavy feel of normal flat head tone ring banjos.
This banjo is easier to practice with and perfect for gigs when you have to stand for a long period of time. It also would work well for someone who wanted the tone of a flathead but due to physical limitations could not use the heavier bluegrass banjos, or just did not want to struggle with the normal weight of a bluegrass banjo.
It was professionally setup in Ben's shop, and comes with a straight line tailpiece, railroad spikes, a hardshell case and some extra goodies I'm throwing in including a tuner that mounts to your banjo head for easy operation, a Lahota leather strap, and a Blue Chip thumb pick.
All yours for 899 dollars.
