You would be hard-pressed to find an Orpheum in this condition, as it appears to have seen very little playing time and has been well cared-for over its 90+ year life span. The original frets are barely worn. I reamed out the original 1/4" peghead holes to 5/16" to accommodate the narrow-shaft Schaller tuners. The string height at the 12th fret is 5/32, with a 5/8 bridge and shim between the neck heel and rim. The scale is 27", and neck width at the nut is 1 3/16". The armrest is not original, but very uncluttered and functional. Serial #13528. The tailpiece is the original Elite (like a no-knot), not the Presto also pictured.
