This mahogany "Gibson" branded banjo is from an unknown maker with a mahogany neck and resonator and Stewart Macdonald parts. The neck has a double cut bound peg head and Style 1 inlay. The neck has an extended volute followed by a very comfortable profile. The pot assembly has Mastertone style nickel plated hardware with a 20-hole tone ring atop a birch block rim.
