Decided to put this pocket-sized banjo together out of some extra pieces I had made up some time ago.
Edit: I need to move this one soon, and have reduced the price accordingly.
Specs:
• walnut neck (5-piece)
• fretless walnut fingerboard and overlay
• 18” scale length
• 1 3/8” nut width
• copper wire side dots at frets 1,3,5,7,10, and 12
• 9” cherry body
• 6” walnut-stained goatskin head with walnut head ring
• Grover Champion pegs
• strung with Aquila Nylgut minstrels, tuned to standard G or A/D. With the classic strings it could be tuned to open C, the equivalent of gDGBD, capo 5 (cGCEG)
