Tommy George short scale banjo built in Jan 2008. Is has a 22 1/8" scale neck with a 1 3/16" wide nut. The neck is walnut and I am not sure of the 11" pot wood but it has a matching walnut veneer. There is an area where the veneer lifted and cracked and the previous repair was not aesthetically pleasing, but does not impact it playing. Has its original hide head and the tone ring is a heavy brass rolled ring.
It is a comfortable banjo to play given the shorter scale. I do not have a case for this banjo but will pack it securely for shipping. Let me know if you have any questions or want more photos .
