FON 8826-6. This Prewar Gibson Plectrum Banjo was converted a few years ago with a brand new Arthur Hatfield Neck specially made for this banjo. It retains all of its original metal parts, original PB neck, and original PB (same as RB) Gibson case which all is in great condition! It has a replacement armrest and tailpiece, but the originals will be included with the sale. The neck is one of the nicest examples we've seen by the late, great Arthur Hatfield and features Rickard 10:1 tuning machines. If you're looking for a great sounding banjo that has all of its original parts and pieces, this one might the ONE! The original NO-HOLE archtop tone ring makes this one GROWL!
