This Farland banjo is equipped with heavy maple rim rather than metal rim, giving it a warm, woody sound.
It is strung with nylon strings. It features heel carving, "No-Knot" tailpiece, and inlayed with a pearl fleur-de-lis pattern on the headstock.
I purchased this banjo from Jody Stecher but I'm playing mostly mandolin now and need to downsize. The banjo is in very good condition and I think it was made in the 1910's. Comes with a black hard case.
Local pick up only please in San Francisco. No trades please.
