For Sale or Trade 1930 Gibson Style 4 banjo. One piece flange, 40 hole archtop ring. Replaced tension hoop, replaced presto tail piece, non original pre war nickel arm rest. All other metal components are original and chrome plated. FON is 9521-35. The flange has a little bit of pull but is overall good. Really strong sounding banjo with lots of punch and directness. Unknown 5 string neck but it’s well made and plays really nicely. Comes with the original tenor neck $7200. I’d trade towards a 1950s D-18 or other pre war Gibson banjos.
