Rugged and heavy Pony sized banjo, with 8" rim and 12" neck, with a scale length of 18". Great sounding steel tone ring in this original 1920's style 24 pot and assembly. The head is Fiberskyn, with geared tuners on all 5 strings. The buttons are ivoroid. Ebony, bone, curly maple, and a very distinct birds eye maple comprise this substantial little banjo. The end of the fingerboard is brass.
This is the size of a mandolin and will ship in a new A style mandolin case.
