Original ODE 6505 Style-C 5-string banjo from the 80s with original case. ODE was owned and distributed by Gretsch at this time.
It is a very beautiful walnut banjo with centre stripes and inlays, an ebony fingerboard and mother-of-pearl inlays. It also has a bronze flathead tonearm and the typical one piece flange. These banjos are highly sought after due to their sound and playability. It shows a few signs of wear on the varnish and the frets, but is otherwise in very good condition, perfectly adjusted and plays excellently.
