This is a very nice Washburn B16 banjo with Washburn hardshell case. It has a clear head which I have always loved because the wood is beautiful. I had a fifth string capo added and it was done at a very good music shop. It was made in the 80s and is an early B16 (serial number 101). It stays in tune well and has a nice tone. The tone ring is brass with 12 drilled holes. It’s warm and fairly loud. It’s very heavy and has good action. Buyer to pay shipping or work with me to get it to you in the best way to protect it.
