1880s George Dobson Victory Specialty 5 String Banjo. This old banjo has been meticulous "gone through" and been hot-rodded for modern banjo players, still retaining much or its originality and vintage "MOJO"! I features a really nice comfortable playing original neck for easy playing, the setup is really nice on this instrument. Recently it had a complete refret job with StewMac gold (harder material than normal frets), upgraded tuners (Rickard), upgraded tailpiece (Rickard), new head, nut, Cockrum banjo bridge, armrest, 5th string nut, and repeating/polishing of metal components.
If you're looking for a VINTAGE banjo that is setup well and ready to play with smooth tuners, great action, and amazing tone/volume, this is an instrument to consider!
