For sale, a Deering Crossfire electric banjo! In good condition, plays and sounds great. It's serial number 7445, if anyone knows how to date that I'd appreciate the tip. There is some tarnish on the tension hoop (that would clean up quick) and one very small ding on the upper bout (pictured). There are also some buckle rash dings and mild finish checking on the back (can't be felt) that for the life of me I could not photograph, as the shiny black finish just acts like a mirror. I'll call it good condition, but IMHO it's pretty exceptional for a 20-30-year-old instrument. Almost no fret wear, not a mark on the neck. The original head has minimal wear, I installed a new Deering Smile 5/8" bridge and gave 'er a good setup. Comes with original ProTec hybrid case/gigbag.
