This banjo has been played professionally around the world for the past 6 years. Although there are signs of wear, it is in excellent condition overall. Jerry just completed a new banjo for me and so I have decided to part ways with this one (wish I could afford to keep it). Please let me know if you have any questions.
About Jerry James Banjos:
Jerry builds truly custom banjos in a small shop on the Central Coast of California. His banjos are on par, both aesthetically and tonally, with his contemporaries like Romero, Brooks, and Seeders. Jerry on builds a handful of banjos each year with a 3 year waiting list on builds so this is a rare bird. Despite his small production, Jerry James' banjo can be found across the United States and across the world.
