For sale is this handsome Ome Juniper banjo (Serial # 6004). Manufactured by Ome at their Colorado shop in 2012, I bought it from Janet Davis in June of that year.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with this banjo. When I bought it, it had a middle ("G") string that played high the higher I went on the fret board, which I corrected with a Rick Sampson compensated bridge. I also added an Ome wooden arm rest, which looks (and feels) great.
I've found my tastes have moved recently from folk to bluegrass, and I've recently bought a Deering Eagle 2 for that so, my Juniper is a luxury I can no longer afford. Whoever gets it will be getting a sturdy, well-made banjo with a wonderful, mellow tone, excellent sound projection, and an instrument that will hold its value well into the future.
The price includes an original, Ome hard-shell case with keys. Thank you for looking!
