Selling my 1926 Gretsch Orchestrella tenor banjo. Excellent condition and very playable. This is quite the instrument - made to be heard above the drums, piano, horns in the band. Believe me, it is hale and hearty! When shown to the senior techie at Willcutt Guitars he marvelled at the very good condition. It comes with a sturdy, usable but scruffy case that well could be the original. The banjo has a new clamshell tailpiece and new narrow-shaft tuning pegs made in Germany, purchased directly from Goldtone in Florida. Also included is another brand-new clamshell tailpiece, a 'No Knot' tailpiece and a set of four vintage friction peg tuners. Shipping is included. CONUS sale only. Not looking for trades or lowball offers. Questions? - please send your phone number and I'll call you back promptly. I do not respond to emails
