PRICE REDUCED!!!! STANDUP BASS BANJO, 62" tall with end pin closed; or 80" tall with pin extended. Neck is mahogany, pot is bending birch (20" diameter), with mahogany veneer, resonator is mahogany veneer. The finger board is teak which came to me because of hurricane Andrew tearing up some great private walkways!! This started as a 20" Bass Drum which I cut down to 8" high. (My son did NOT need another set of drums). Tailpiece and End Pin Mount are Ebony and Oak respectively.
Strings are from a BASS fiddle which are quite expensive even when you find used ones. It has a good tone to it. In a band it would probably need to be boosted by its own mic which could be kept in the pot with the cable extended through the resonator. I wish I was a bass player!
